II.- Payment Methods

 

Credit Card

You can pay your order with credit card using our secure payment gateway .

 

Purchasing Syon products on Internet is just as secure as shopping at any one of our normal shops.

All transactions which involve the transmission of personal data or financial transactions are carried out in complete security. Syon Online uses a secure server based on the SSL standards of security.

Consequently the data on your credit card does not remain registered on any database.

 

III.- Shipping rates and delivery dates.

Shipping rates are detailed during checkout process and depends of shipping country. Delivery date depends of your country.

a) EUROPE

5 days aprox. for items in stock.

b) REST OF THE WORLD

10 days aprox. for items in stock.

IV. Guarantee and return policy

 

Syon products are quality products and have two year guarantee.

 

All Syon products may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Should the size be the wrong one or if you are simply not satisfied with the product, we can change it for you or, should you prefer it, money refund.
It is up to you to decide.
Please remember it is neither in our interest nor in yours to be left dissatisfied in any way with our products.

NB.-STOP CASA SEGURA will only refund the mailing costs involved in the return of the product where the order delivered has been due to an error on our part or where the item has been seen to be defective. The new shipping cost for sending new items will be calculated by Syon Online Shop.
